Scalped Topknot - Considerably increases Demon Dash Activation Charge rate while Blood Fury is active.

Kanai-Anzen Talisman - Moderately increases Demon Dash Activation Charge rate while Blood Fury is active.

These are both green rarity.

Is this a mistake on the Wiki or do these add-ons both REALLY do the same thing? What is the purpose of this?

EDIT: Nevermind. I just checked the game and Talisman moderately increases speed of Demon Dash. So it seems it is an error on the DBD Wiki.
