Kindred and Open Handed interaction

How exactly does Open Handed stack with Kindred? I know the wiki says that Open Handed works with Kindred but it is capped at 24m but I don't know how up to date this information is or if it even is accurate.

The information you most likely saw this on was the "DBD Wiki." The DBD wiki is always up-to-date and constantly updates and adds new information from new patches and DLC!

If you're finding your info anywhere else... than I cannot say the same for those sites. Anyways, everywhere I looked says it's capped at 24 meters with Open Handed...

Open Handed adds 4/6/8 Meters onto your aura reading perk... and since Kindred is a aura reading perk, this effect is increased from 8/12/16 meters to 16/20/24 meters with the max tier of Open Handed.

The question is kind of vague though... since 24 meters is the max meters you'll get out of a Open Handed + Kindred combo. It caps at 24 because... that's the max meters it'll get...

But, you could be talking about 4 Survivors with Open Handed and 1 Kindred... in that case it isn't fully explained anywhere why this was done, but people speculate this was done to prevent Kindred from showing the Killers Terror Radius from say...

48 Meters from the hooked Survivor... it could be abused in some instances. And that combo on a SWFs would be insane btw...
