Does breakout stack?

meaning can 3 people with breakout run for the being carried survivor and get them off 60% quicker?
if so are there plans to change it like Prove Thyself where the carried survivor can only be affected by one breakout?

I thought they took out all the stuff that says Stacks and just replaced it with Does not Stack if it didn’t. That’s my bad.
