Is breakout stacked?

I'm just curious if the perk breakout is stacked. I never got the chance to find out if it is, because I have no friends, and no one really has it.

I believe it has been confirmed by the developers that Breakout doesn't stack if multiple survivors have the perk active at the same time, if that's what you're asking.
