Vanilla (our Hosting Company) will be carrying out maintenance on their servers between July 21st - August 22nd, this might result in some temporary instability on our forums. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Kill Switch update: We have temporarily disabled the Blood Rush perk while we work to fix a known issue affecting it.
In the meantime, the Last Stand and Streetwise perks have been re-enabled alongside fixes for their known issues.

Instead of just doing 25-50-50 higher pain sound and 0-0-25 higher breathing sound. It should also add a small buff of 'lowering the chase music'... Who agrees?

I don't think it would have really much of an impact. Not only that, it doesn't fit the theme of the perk. I feel like stridor is in a good spot. Really nice on killers like Spirit and Oni. Also, it counters Iron Will, which is a really strong perk atm.
