All of the issues I have caught with Demogorgon + ways to buff demogorgon
-FPS drops
-Shred missing when it should have hit
-Breaking a pallet and injuring the survivor vaulting it at the same time
These 3 I have noticed happening alot as Demogorgon, and I have found the source of one of them
FPS drops on console when you activate "Of the abyss", doing it on certain maps such as temple can cause FPS to go below 10 if near certain things
Now to the buffs I recommend for him
Make shred be affected by Brutal Strength and Fire Up, currently breaking a pallet normally is faster than breaking it with shred
Hitting survivors with shred should cause them to be Hindered till healed or hooked, its pretty hard to land hits with Shred against good survivors as you move really quickly during the shred
Increase the sensitivity during the shred recovery, you are gonna lose the survivor more often during the recovery than normal hits

Demo's in a good spot rn imo. Don't know why people stopped playing him (other than survivors not doing gens at all once they realize I have set up portals on all gens remaining).

I still play him, but his issues revolve around his portals and shred
Shred feels like a weaker Chainsaw and Portals are extremely underwhelming as bad placements can result in the portal being useless
I am fine with the portals, but the shred is his bigger issue imo, as for how fast it moves its really easy to dodge and it breaking pallets only helps catching up to survivors
But sadly, his biggest issue is mentioned in the issues, FPS kills the fun with him

oh yeah fps on him needs to be fixed. Shred seems fine to me, faster shred means harder to dodge I'm pretty sure.

its actually easier to dodge as survivors do a huntress swerve and end up causing him to go blasting in one direction, and if you are near a wall be stunned for a unreasonable time
I like shred as well, but sometimes it feels weird to use as sometimes hits that should hit don't happen, and hits that shouldn't hit hit for some reason

I think what you're describing is a jank hitboxes problem and not a demo problem. Demo's shred is now pretty much confirmed to be more of a pressure tool on loops and not Demo's most viable attack.

It is a pressure tool on loops, that is usually what I use it for, but the shred hit range or whatever it is is definitely different than normal lunge

Dude they won't even fix his bugged shred; and you think they are going to buff him? I think Demogorgon is gonna just be forgotten about it seems like =(

I hope not, I love playing demogorgon
I p3'd him as fast as possible cause I liked his playstyle, but started noticing the issues with shred and such and stopped playing him due to how unplayable it was due to FPS

I've been trying man, I've mentioned this directly to devs, I've sent it to them via PMps I've tried everything, I've posted in the proper channels, nothing is working they refuse to acknowledge any of his issues- they won't even list them under issues known or anything, it's actually starting to annoy me a bit because it feels like it's intentional at this point.
