Make more endgame hex perks besides NOED

At the higher ranks I rarely see killers running noed. I think they don't use it because they feel they don't need it and maybe because they feel it's a crutch perk. So here's a suggestion:

Make more endgame hex perks, just not as powerful as noed. I think that if you add more endgame hex perks that are balanced, are useful, scary and interesting and allow killers to only use one per game then survivors would pay more attention to dull totems. I think this will serve two porpuses; one is making the game last a bit longer and also test if adding some sort of secondary objective will actually slowdown the game a bit.

Here are some ideas for endgame hex perks that in my opinion wouldn't be as powerful as noed;

  1. Once the exit gates are powered all survivors auras are revealed to you while they are outside your terror radius.
  2. Once the exit gates are powered survivors who interact with the exit gates suffer the exposed status effect. (this could also be a noed nerf)
  3. Once the exit gates are powered all survivors suffer from the exhausted status effect.
  4. Once the exit gates are powered your terror radius is reduced to 0 or all survivors suffer from the oblivious status effect.

Please consider this Bhvr, I think it would be an interesting experiment.

Remember that it's important for the sake of balance, that killers are only allowed to run one endgame hex perk to avoid op combinations.

    Killer: NOED, Blood Warden, Rancor, Remember Me, Fire Up

    Survivor: Wake Up!, Adrenaline, Hope, No One Left Behind, Left Behind

    There's plenty of Endgame perks.

    Sure, but not endgame hex perks. I think you missed the point;

    " I think this will serve two porpuses; one is making the game last a bit longer and also test if adding some sort of secondary objective will actually slowdown the game a bit."

    Also:

    "At the higher ranks I rarely see killers running noed. I think they don't use it because they feel they don't need it and maybe because they feel it's a crutch perk."
