Bloodweb Random?
Is the bloodweb random in what perks appear there? Or are there rules of probability that dictate kind of perks, or rarity, or whatever? I'm asking because it seems like certain perks appear far more often than others. The ones that appear more often are also what time think most players would consider to be weak. This is true of teachables and non-teachables: Slippery Meat, Autodidact, Hope - perks I'd probably never use, and that I rarely or never see other players use. Maybe they add these perks more often so people will try them more? Just curious.

Pure random.
And you are looking for a patern, that makes you find one.

Yes and no. Different rarities of perks (yellow, green, purple) do have different chances of appearing at certain bloodweb levels, according to the official wiki. I would assume this means that high rarity perks have a higher chance of appearing at higher levels.
It also seems to a lot of people like the chances of finding a perk at tier 2 or 3 increase once you've bought the perk at tier 1, but there's no hard evidence that I could find to support that.
As for the idea that "bad" perks appear more often, with the exception of how this might overlap with the rarity rule described above (perhaps you got that impression because the "bad" perks are yellow or green rarity), I would say that's probably just cognitive bias talking.

Yes I think it is bias. I started taking data on it and actually the mix appears random however "mix" might be defined.

I really wish I could know exactly how it works, as I've had times where it really looks like there's some sort of pattern going on 😄
But that's the nature of randomness, roll a die enough times and you'll eventually get that unlikely pattern you're looking for.

I think it's random. The only way to really increase the chances of getting perks you want is by getting perks you have to tier 3 so they don't show up anymore.
