    That screenshot is from one of Skemoo's videos, correct? Sometimes he edits the cosmetics slightly to make them look better - for example, in that same video, he removed Susie's and Joey's masks when showcasing the new Legion sweaters.

    In this case, the hair is from the November Days Collection (celebrating Dia de los Muertos) which came out back in early November, and he's just removed the face paint that is normally part of the cosmetic. Here's a picture of the original:
