After trying to hook one person and three of the other survivors all body blocking one hook, I feel it is really unfair. You should make it either a Perk or an overall thing that when you pickup a survivor, all other survivors should be exposed until the person is either dropped or hooked.

Yes, but wait till you are so mad that you camp after you finally managed to hook one guy
The bodyblockers will block you away from the hook and safely unhook in front of your face and you wont be able to do anything unless you play nurse/chainsaw-1
