I'm not a member of the dev team or anything, but is it possible that they thought they had fixed the issue the first time? Maybe what they changed during what looks in retrospect like a nerf was actually their attempt at a bug fix, not realising that players were still able to use it in a way that the devs hadn't intended, so then they had to go back in and "fix" it again. Not all programming issues get solved on the first pass.
It's also possible that we're getting what appears to be conflicting information due to the "flick" not being clearly defined. Does it refer to the fact that the Oni can turn at the end of his dash at all, or the fact that he can turn more than 180 degrees, or the fact that players could manipulate their controls to turn him much more quickly than they could using just the mouse, or a combination of the above? I'm not convinced that all the devs, let alone all the community members, are on the same page about what exactly "the flick" refers to, which could be causing a lot of miscommunication on both sides.

That's just one of many

They meant the stacking to get a 180 flick I think...hope...because the 180 was awful to play vs.
That said, if they do actually do what they said they would, in making it easier to look around/flick within the allowd 90 degree (I wonder if 120 would be better tbh) at the end of demon dash, I do think the Oni would be back to S tier in an insant.

At least he lived on PC at all. On console, he was straight up aborted.

Yeah RIP Oni

If they can at least make the turn rate while in the 90 flick as fast as my sensitivity it'll be bearable at least

Exactly. That's what the dev post said it would be; idk why that isn't the case, yet.

All i know is i can turn faster as nurse while lunging out of blink. And im on console lol so thats horrible. Not to mention the club taking up 3/4s my screen if i want to charge my hit

at bhvr the left hand doesnt know what the right one does. pretty sad to see.

Nurse sensitivity out of blink is no different to any other killer's regular lunge in fairness. And that's how it should be for Oni if they're to be limited to 90 degrees, (which may well be fair) imo.

But nurses out of blink sensitivity is slower than the max sensitivity.

Maybe it's different for controller, but for PC nurse sensitivity is just regular M1 killer sensitivity
