This is the first I've ever heard of it. I think this perk has the same priority level as buffing Slippery Meat or Monstrous Shrine, so I wouldn't ever expect a change. Also, with it being tied to Quentin/NoES, who knows if the licensing issues will discourage the devs from changing perks and bringing attention to that chapter/situation.

Vigil in my opinion is a pretty good perk, but then again that's just my opinion.

Vigil is fine as it is .
It makes exhustion perks go from 45 Seconds to 35 seconds I believe . If it gets buffed . Game will be broken with Sprint Burst and Dead hard activating during chases .

1) It's 40 to 32 seconds.
2) How would that happen? Exhaustion doesn't go down while running.

Vigil / Quentin was added to the game when exhaustion cooled down WHILST RUNNING. That's why it only reduces exhaustion by 20% which means 32 seconds exhaustion instead of 40 (on a side note the actual exhaustion lasts 35 seconds even with Vigil as the icon lags behind the exhaustion bar) while standing still making it useless since you only stand still for a longer period of time when you're on a gen anyways.
Since its values are the result of the old exhaustion system that cooled down whilst running it should clearly get buffed or reworked.

I'd say buff it to 35% maybe 40% although that's probably cutting it

At 40% it would be somewhat useful and maybe interesting for a few people but even then the vast majority wouldn't use it since the "BorrowedTime-DecisiveStrike-Adrenaline-DeadHard"-meta is just a lot more useful than getting your exhaustion perk back a little more quickly.

Especially not for 24 seconds (that's how long you'd have to stand still if Vigil was 40%) haha. So yeah I really don't get why devs are afraid of buffing trash tier perks when you could literally double some values and certain perks would still barely become "decent".

Vigil should be buffed by affecting more statuses.
For one thing EXPOSED isn't affected. Yes, there are exposed effects that work from the killer side, like EWIII should not be lowered, but when it is a timed debuff like Iron Maiden, Make Your Choice, and Haunted Grounds, Vigil should lower that.
Additionally, I think it should affect infinite debuffs. You get mangled and that effect lasts until healed? With Vigil maybe it caps at 60-120 seconds before disappearing.
The issue with Vigil is that it doesn't affect anything common, or that you actually want lowered. Everything is either endless duration or not covered by the perk at all.
And no, Vigil should never recover exhaustion while running.

Yeah 32 seconds or something i Remember doing the math .. if you walk in loops . Lose the killer a few seconds and walk .. if it was 25 seconds or so if you're a good looper You'd probably Dead Hard killer twice .. lithe twice or so . It's not hard .
@ocafghanistan I know but buffing it the way it is .
Maybe giving it different stat effects not the way it is .
That's if the Devs even intend touching it at all 😂

This is great but also make it do 25% rather than 20% imo.
