The Masquerade/Ballerina killer

Summary

The Masquerade is a killer that plans ahead to outperform her competition by placing manikins around the area that she can then take control over. After placing her pieces across the map, she can chase survivors by leaping vaults or apply pressure with her manikins. Her tall, dark figure coupled with a porcelain doll mask makes her presence much more eerie.

Basic Stats

Height - Tall

Speed - 4.6m/s

Terror Radius - 32m

Weapon - Mirror Shard

Ability

Hurdle - Holding the activate ability button will cause you to charge your ability. Releasing the activate ability button will cause you to leap forward a short amount of distance and perform a lunge afterwards. Hitting a wall while Hurdling will stun the Masquerade for a moment and missed lunges after a Hurdle have a slightly extended recovery. Performing a Hurdle towards a window will cause the Masquerade to vault the window moderately faster than normal (Action speed perks do not affect Hurdle).

Mystifying Performance - At the start of the trial, there will be three manikins placed randomly across the map. All manikins will pirouette in place and survivors within 6 meters of a manikin will become oblivious and hear a music box. Manikins do not have collision. Pressing the secondary ability button will cause the Masquerade to Pirouette in place. While performing a pirouette, the Masquerade hides her terror radius and red stain. Highlighting a manikin and pressing the attack button will cause the Masquerade to swap places with the manikin with no visible change from the outside and pirouette will be on a cool down of 30s. After swapping places, the Masquerade bows and can be controlled immediately after the bow. A pirouette can be canceled by pressing the secondary ability button again.

Addons

Ultra Rare - Lowers maximum number of manikins by 2. Manikins now have collision.

Ultra Rare - Tremendously decrease charge speed of Hurdle. Fully charge hurdle to leap over pallets.

Very Rare - Manikins will randomly bow during the trial.

Very Rare - Considerably decrease stuns inflicted by Hurdle from hitting walls.

Very Rare - After Hurdling a vault, considerably increase movement speed for 3 seconds.

Very Rare - Considerably decrease the cooldown of mystifying performance.

Rare - After swapping places with a manikin, your terror radius your terror radius and red stain stays hidden for 5 seconds.

Other Addons - Increase charge speed of Hurdle, decrease stun duration of hitting walls with Hurdle, decrease cooldown of Mystifying performance, increase oblivious range of manikins.

Perks

Encore - You get excited when people see you perform. After hooking a survivor, vault, break and pick up actions are 15% faster. for 40s/50s/60s.

Nimble - Being light on your feet and quick to react ensures nobody escapes your performance. When a pallet is thrown down that doesn't stun you by a survivor you are chasing, bloodlust immediately activates. Nimble has a cooldown of 100s/80s/60s.

The Show Must Goes On - When a survivor escapes a chase after bloodlust is activated, all other survivors are revealed to you through killer instinct for 3s. The Show Must Go On has a cooldown of 100s/80s/60s.

I had this idea for a while now. A killer with good map pressure and decent chases with counter play. An eerie presence that survivors would have to deal with constantly without knowing if anything is to come of it. The manikins play the part of putting survivors on edge while around them, but serving no real threat unless the Masquerade possesses it. I considered an aura reading ability while near the manikins, but since they can be placed anywhere, they would become more powerful as the trial lasted. Here are a few notes I had left out of the main concept, but believe should balance out the killer a bit. If you have any thoughts on this, let me know.

Notes

You can look in all directions without any survivors seeing where you are facing while you Pirouette.

Manikins can not be placed in front of the exit gates or over the hatch.

Canceling a Pirouette allows you to move immediately.

Hurdle doesn't need to be fully charged to activate, but doesn't go very far and there is a second of fatigue after a Hurdle without a lunge.
