Assuming both perks are at Tier III: the default aura reading range of Bond is 36 metres. Each instance of Open Handed increases aura reading range by 8 metres, and nothing I could find online or on the official wiki suggests that Open Handed has a cap (except as it relates to Kindred, but that's irrelevant in this case).
So if everyone on the team is running Open Handed, it would increase the Bond aura reading range almost double to a total of 68 metres.
