i thought you couldnt derank past 15?

ill start this off by saying im a new player so theres a lot i still dont understand about this game, but i was pretty sure you could only depip to rank 15. i reached rank 15 after my last game but then the next game i depipped and it brought me back to rank 16. just curious if this was normal or not

You cant depip when you hit grey ranks, which is 20-17. this doesnt take rank reset into account.

rank 16 is the lowest you can go

I saw a rank 20 survivor with a full meta build yesterday. You can definitely derank compeltely with time.
