...is why a friend of mine told me he got a Join Game Failure earlier and still got a DC penalty.
Now, he's told me it only starts at 3 minutes (because that amount of time will totally encourage people to not do it a second time (and yes, I know it increases but if it starts small, it'll probably increase in small amounts for all I know unless someone got bored and tested it and can tell me for sure)) but even still, he shouldn't have gotten it. If it's YOUR fault BHVR, don't give the penalty. It cannot be THIS hard to code a game, there should be some way you can tell whether it is the game's fault or the person's fault.
