So Legion's Feral Fenzy nerf, like Myers' Tier 1 nerf, was ultimately just for the sake of consistency.
To make it easier to understand what a basic attack is, Feral Frenzy no longer triggers perks that activate with basic attacks.
I don't think consistency is necessarily a good thing if it's not for a specific and good reason.

It's good for newer players, but bad for veterans, if there's no buff to balance out the nerf.
