Communist-type fixes don't work. Address the specific player groups rather than "all <killer/surv>"
This latest DC-fixing patch is a disaster when it could have been something so good. Everyone is sick of the salty survivor that DCs when they get downed too quickly...so why build buggy-penalties that apply to everyone when you could just apply the DC penalty when the saltiness typically occurs (i.e., 1-2 minutes of a survivor getting downed/hooked)?
There's several good reasons to DC from bugs, farmers, or afk survivors. More come into play if one or two people DC super early. Do I even want to hunt down 2 stealthy survivors after two have left in the first minute of play? Or force them to do 5 generators to get the game over with (that's probably worse than killing them).
We could address some terrible perk/add-on/offering combos that make the game completely unfun for a survivor but that's just a different discussion point altogether. Nobody can possibly say a decent huntress with iri/mori is going to be a fun game.

Or, here me out, you could play the game and if you die you die. Crazy concept I know. When I play survivor, I've had to sign up to the fact that I don't always win. The nice thing is, when I die, I dont even have to DC, the game automatically takes me to the end game screen. Isn't that great? :)
