Hex perks rework idea

As you all know, cleansing a hex totem nullifies the related hex perk. I have a few ideas on how to change the hex perks to still keep their usefulness.

Hex No One Escapes Death:
-hex totem still on: no change
-hex totem destroyed: perk deactivated/cool-down and speed boost reduced to half/boost reduced to half and no insta-down

Hex Devour Hope:
-hex totem still on: no change
-hex totem destroyed: reduce token amount by 1/2/2 and increase distance to 30/35/40 meters
e.g. you have devour hope tier 3 and you got 4 tokens so far, the totem is destroyed -> you have 2 tokens but you still can get tokens if you are 40 meters away when a survivor is unhooked

Hex Huntress Lullaby:
-hex totem still on: no change
-hex totem destroyed: upon destruction you lose 5/4/3 tokens and you can stack up to 2/2/3 tokens

Hex Ruin:
-hex totem still on: no change
-hex totem destroyed: upon destruction 1/1/2 survivors lose the effect of the totem. The survivors still affected get a penalty of 2% regression on good skill checks and great skill checks grant only 2% progression

Hex The Third Seal:
-hex totem still on: no change
-hex totem destroyed: upon destruction all survivors affected by third seal are released from the curse. Any survivor that gets hit after the totem is destroyed gets the blind status effect for 30/40/50 seconds

Hex Thrill Of The Hunt:
-hex totem still on: no change
-hex totem destroyed: gain 3/4/5 % more bloodpoints for actions in the hunting category and cleansing speed is reduced by 1/2/3 %

I know the reason these perks are hex perks is because they are op so I tried to come up with a penalty for all perks so they wont be op if the hex totem gets destroyed.
