Holiday Code Hunt
To celebrate the end of the year, we've hidden Steam DLC codes from each of the chapters released in 2019 all around the forums. Some will only appear on certain pages, and others will be hidden in plain sight. Keep your eyes peeled and be quick, they're first come first serve.

Thanks for the codes (I'm at work so I can't look around, but I own all DLC, anyways).
It's super rad to do stuff like this, but I think it would be better for everyone if it was done on a weekend so more people that need them can participate.

How many of the codes are out there? I found around 6 but they were already claimed. Either way this is a really cool idea and a good way to reward the most devoted players. Hopefully you guys will do this again some time =)

I found six of them so far, it's fun. I did find the Ash v. ED twice though and it was the same code, so since I've seen one of each I'm assuming they're all claimed now.

Imagine having a "Holiday event" that only half your playerbase can take part in...

Imagine at all getting that code. Dude with thousands of players on forum your chance are almost none... 10/1000 and see it for your self not to mentions that this is just a portion of the players.
Don't be angry for not getting a code, someone get's it and someone not.
If you keep acting like that then maybe they will stop doing this at all.

This seems poorly executed.. If a code is used it shouldn't be shown again on the website. I just found a Stranger Things chapter code and it's already been activated. The same code shouldn't be shown more than once/to more than one forum user.. Got my hopes up.
Is there a way to get a code that works, since I did find one?

First don't get you hopes up ever, since you will end like this always. Second look at time they posted and take into consideration how much players are here. Almost all the codes are activated. I found the 6 different ones and probably all of them are activated.
They can't know who activated a code and who did not, they simply putted it there and who grabs it is theirs. Simple luck and good net speed game xD.
Once again thank devs for this treat it is awesome to see that you care for community.

I have 38 BHVR reads, and because not too many people linger on my wall devs could hide it in my BHVR reads, just to make the code hide and seek

can't they see that the codes are activated, so they can remove them from being shown? it just sucks that they are still allowing the codes to show up even though they don't work. I'd rather not see any than see some and then find out that they don't work.

No, codes are probably harder to gain for console but this is awesome for people on steam. :)

Microsoft and Sony are very tight with the amount of influence they let the devs have. Valve is a lot more open. It's MS and Sony's fault that achievements can't get changed on consoles as well.

It's not the fact that it's first come first serve, but rather the fact that console players were excluded entirely. Meaning if you did manage to find a code first but you played on console you got jack diddly squat, even though you were the first one to find it. Then there's the whole fact that about half of the people on the forum were sleeping. It would've been a much better idea to spread the codes throughout the day and throw a few console exclusive codes in the console forums.
