please help. head on doesn't work!!

every time im in the locker and the head on icon shows its ready. i still just slowly exit the locker.. am i doing something wrong?

If on console hold the button you use to run. Then press the get out of locker button while still holding the run button.

Hold sprint button. It has to be a fast exit out of a locker
