I'm A 50/50 Player and Sometimes Had The Thought Of Either Abusing The Killer With Items That Are Technically Saving Me, or Items That Are A Bit To Much...
Even Though Not Long Ago They Nerfed Med Kits And Insta Heals, We Have A Key Problem Now...
Not Only The Key itself is OP but The Addons Make This Key Way To Strong, Blood Amber, gold token and scratched pearl...
The Toolbox I Don't Have To Much Of A Problem With Unless it's With SWF...
Flashlights Seem To Be Tolerable I'm My Case But You Guys May Disagree...
Alex Toolbox's As Much As I Don't Run Into These Often These Don't Seem To Prevent Me From A Lot Except It's SWF...
Map Addons Seems To Be Some What Tolerable And Slightly Alright For Survivor...

most survivor add ons are pretty bad I mean atleast brand new part and syringe are OK but odd bulb should just be deleted lol

Actually all purple items should go. Survivors are already stomping killers.

Some of the survivor add-ons are strong, but honestly nothing compares to the add-ons the killers can bring in. Something like iri heads is way more overpowered than a BNP or insta-medkit will ever be.

Yeah except there's only 1 killer and there are 4 survivors. Killer add-ons are a must whereas survivor items are optional. A survivor can go commando and have a great game, a killer without add-ons might as well go afk.

No add-on affects how quickly you get blinded. It takes roughly 3 seconds no matter what.

Not true. There are add-ons to increase brightness, making you practically blind much faster.

lol No. Addons are not OP. There are few addons I would say are OP on either side. Maybe the Oni's ultra rare, but even then....
@Tr0g Ummm...no flashlight blinds that fast. No addons enhances the time it takes to blind. Survivors are not stomping killers by any stretch of the imagination. I just had 8 matches with only 1 survivor escaping. Good days and bad days.

If it's 3 seconds to blind then how come survivors have time to run into my FoV and blind me when the pick-up animation is 3-3.5 seconds and I make sure to look away when picking someone up?

That's because you play solo.
Try playing killer on console. You get 3-4 man SWF groups pretty much every match, it's unbearable to play killer. Solo players barely exist. I wish I bought the PC version.

Because those values aren't 100% accurate and you're probably remembering wrong.
Instablinds used to exist, they don't anymore. For a survivor to successfully flashlight blind you, they must start blinding when the killer has just about hoisted the survivor onto their shoulder.
It can't be any more or any less, it's got a pretty high skill cap.

But if the pickup animation is 3-3.5 seconds and blinding someone takes 3 seconds, the math does not add up there.

Re-read the first line of my response. I don't know the exact amount of seconds and milliseconds to the blind. But I do know the timing has to be PRECISE otherwise you will miss the blind. Seems pretty fair for me.

I don't even bring items 90% of the time when I play. The reason? Most killers will dodge the lobby if they see X amount of items in the lobby. I don't even remember the last time I brought a tool box into a trial and didn't get lobby dodged...

Uhh most players are solo players. Your every game is 3 to 4 man swf is just not true. If you think the game is so unplayable as killer maybe you're just bad at it.

Ummm...I play killer. Not survivor. I rarely touch survivor anymore. Those matches were as killer. Trapper, specifically.
