Worst Matchmaking Examples (for your poor poor Killer)
Show me what you got! Just got my gen's stomped in by a Non Grouped quad of survivors
I'm still pretty new to the game (100 hours in Steam? 1/3 of that is waiting for Killer matches)
I would like a Casual and Ranked matchmaking perhaps? Something to avoid the PurpleQuadOfDoom...
Also, Hi. (my first post here) ((edit, let's go for low killers and high survivors examples?))

I've had people lie and tell me they weren't a 4stack, then you look at their friends list and find they are. Fun stuff. Best part is when you beat a 4stack and say GG and get complete silence. However, if a 4stack usually beats you, most are gg ez comments and rudeness.

This is very bad for new killers and low rankers. Bhvr do you think most of these players will continue to play killer after most of them tbagged and oblitirated the entire match? FIX THE MATCHMAKING!

The main problem is, that most high rank killers are tired of this game. Survivor queues are hell at red ranks and that matchmaking is just a result of the problem.

So you never saw the so-called "fair matchmaking" cases where redranks played together with their lowranks against redrank killers? Do you think this is fair for those lowranks? I myself cannot play together with my friends cause of that matchmaking. Or what about those redrank killers gettin green rank survivors? Dont make it look like a one-sided thing, matchmaking isnt fair at all.

You can play with your low rank friends, you just have to look after them, discourage them from disconnecting. I have a lot of friends who aren't very good but I just try my best to guide them, to try and get the killer to focus on me. Personally I prefer going against a rank 2 killer, then going against a rank 15 killer (those games are so boring).
Before they removed the ability to see the randoms ranks, I use to take care of low ranked randoms due to their high ranked friend leaving them to it to their own devices. I had a game where a rank 2 David just let his two rank 15 Meg friends to just fend for themselves. I was the one that was hook saving them, trying to divert the killer away from them etc.

Deranking has nothing to do with this...like at all.
Its about the game doing poor matchmaking where it chooses to match a low rank killer with high rank survivors, you claim this happens in reverse as well but I have pretty much never seen this happen sooooo yeah.

Perhaps the devs just hate the bland look of grey and brown and want to zest every single match up with vibrant green, purple, and red for the holidays. Every. Single. Match.

This is exactly the problem. People can only get tormented for so long, and they keep nerfing the killers that can throw it back in swf faces. Let's buff the ######### killers so we can all enjoy the game

New one as of this morning... Killer Rank 16 is starting to feel like the sweetspot for mis-matches.

I've completely confirmed.
If a group is surviving with friends, then that group can be matched with ANY killer that matches ANY (the worst) ranked person in the group.
This means that a lvl 1 can group with a lvl 10 and be matched with a killer as high as 18.
Dev's, PLEASE consider changing that so that Friends are matched against the rank of the lowest member of the Team and not the highest.
Give us poor Rank 15ish killers a fighting chance?
