NOED rework idea

Not sure if this has been suggested before.

-M1 hits put survivors into the dying state regardless if they are injured or healthy.

-No longer a hex perk.

-Gates are auto opened.

-Survivors are exhausted for x amount of time.

-Endgame collapse begins.

All of this would activate with the final gen popping of course. I believe this way gives both sides a chance to make it go their way. Thoughts?
