the doc.
even tho legion is god terrible the thana combo with killers instinct is SO excruciating as a solo queued survivor i cannot do ANYTHING when my team just keeps eating hits, revealing our location, and the legion ends up slugging us all

thats how I feel after playing the Doc
in the most cases either BBQ show me survivors, either they genrush somewhere and its not hard to find them, so I may have no need to use the shock all match long, lol
around pallets, hmm, either its easier to break the pallet, either the shock take too long to charge xD

I'd have to say Doc is more useless, against solo players Legion is a nightmare revealing everyone over and over again making them mend and heal just for it to be for nothing is punishing. Doc's basekit seems abysmal honestly, but I didn't play him much after playing him the first few times so maybe I'm wrong.

Doc is more fun to play than legion, but edgy squad is objectively better. Doc will likely surpass legion when his rework/buffs go through. Hopefully Legion gets a proper rework within the next 2 years :(

Doctor’s is really bad, any survivor with game sense and good looping skills can out live a doctor for 5 gens easily. In this case, the doctor becomes a basic m1 killer with literally no power.
However, doctor is really good against green and under ranks.

Hard to say. Depends on the ranks. I'd say they are equally useless at red ranks, where people don't heal so Legion gets zero value from FF, and Doc can't shock.
Green ranks and under? Doc wins. They cannot handle him.
Purple ranks? Legion. They can loop, usually, but they heal at any opportunity.

If we're talking about experienced players the Doctor is stronger, since the shock therapy attack when used right is useful against looping even against injured survivors (but has a high skillceiling).

Legion's power is more useless. Doctor's power is actually pretty good you just need to know when to shock, but most people don't know the timing.

Legion. They are an actual 115% M1 Killer. Nothing to help at loops.
For Doctor, you just have to get the shock timing down (and take into consideration that it’s bugged, so your timing’s going to be a bit different than if it wasn’t).

Legion’s power is amazing for info and getting injuries fast. If you’re saying it’s useless then you haven’t spent the time trying to learn them. Have gotten to red ranks (PS4) with legion alone and not even a killer main. The only thing that sucks about their power is that stun duration but if you get good at pinning down survivors you can get them to waste pallets on you and you get a shorter stun with a pallet gone. Try this build you will have fun!
Nemesis, Rancor/furitive chase, spirit fury, discordance (no you don’t need ruin to get to red ranks on console).

Legion’s power gives survivors Borrowed Time and a Sprint Burst. At least Doc is SOMEWHAT threatening. Legion is not whatsoever. Survivors don’t even bother healing.

If we are considering basekit only, both are pretty terrible, but Legion's is slightly less ######### MAYBE.
But with add-ons, Doc is better by miles. Legion has only a couple of good add-ons, and even they just boost their power slightly.

I'm going to be biased, but Doc is worse than Legion. At least Legion can move faster, take one health state away, and get crucial info easily while using their power. All doc can do is get info... and it makes him slower, so it's not intuitive to use.

Legion can injure multiple survivors quicker than any other killer in the game. While in Feral Frenzy they get perfect information within their TR, increased movement speed and the ability to vault pallets and windows.
Doctor get approximate, information through survivor screams. He move slower to use his power and only has a M1 attack. He need add-ons for Madness to matter even just a little. He can shock survivors to deny vaults and pallets drops but it require absolutly perfect distance, timing and no lag, making his power extremely unreliable. And without electrodes add-ons the range of the shock is so short that you might as well just hit the survivors normaly.
So yeah, Legion are better than Doctor. The Legion are not the best killers out there, but still underrated, while Doctor as been bad for a very long time.

Currently (as in, before the Doctor re-work), I would personally say Doc. On paper, you could say Doc's is better because you can maybe time your Shock Therapy blasts just right to cut off someone from a window/pallet long enough to land a hit, but in practice, I think that is just painfully impractical. Once the Doctor's re-work comes in, though, I will probably flip my stance since the vault/pallet block Shock Therapy into M1 will become a fair bit more practical.
