Major glitch still occurs once in awhile

This happened to me tonight and still happens to me albeit rarely. I don’t get skill checks so I can’t fix gens unless I want to constantly cause explosions, no icons whatsoever appear on the screen. I can’t see my perks, other players’ icons, etc. I use Kindred and can’t see auras either! It’s a pointless match. This is ps4 btw. Does anyone else still get this ever?
