What did you all get/give for Christmas?
For me personally, I just asked for money this year and got exactly that but I did also get new shoes which was a very nice surprise. So, what did you guys/gals gift or receive this year?

I got a metal replica of Genji's Dragonblade. Nihon skin.
New shoes, and wireless earbuds. But I did get my top thing: A pasta press, so I can make fresh pasta. It's weird, I know, but I wanted it.

I got Auric cells from you, some hot chips, some Dr.Pepper, a board game, a massage chair, A Christmas Story mug, a bath robe, some chocolate, a computer, a pen, some puzzle thing and I’m getting money to buy clothes at the mall. :)

I got Pokemon Shield, a memory card for my switch (I was running out of storage) and external memory hard drive for my ps4 (was also running out of storage) Jedi Fallen Order, a playstation store gift card, a shirt that has Freddy Kruger on it and a cute beanie with the 4 claw marks on the front

I honestly should grab a memory card for my switch, it's also running out of storage. I hope you enjoy Fallen Order like others have, hear it's a great game. Also, which do you prefer, NOES or Scream, seeing as how you have GF as a pfp.

I've heard Fallen order's a good game, excited to play it. I've been playing more pokemon though, it's so fun!
Also that's a tough question. I used to be a Freddy main but switched over to GF when he came out but between their movies it's tough picking one, I love em both! If I have to pick one tho its Scream, as much as I love noes, scream is a movie i watch more often and I enjoyed all of the films. NOES I only enjoyed 1-3 and the remake. The others were ok to me

Any specific reason for the switch or was it just that you liked the sound of GF?
Now in terms of movies, for NOES I personally liked 1-3 and New Nightmare and I've only seen Scream 1&2, both fantastic by the way. So currently, I'll say NOES but simply because I've seen more films. Also, I personally view Scream more like a dark comedy then straight horror.

I made the switch mainly because I liked his stealthy stalky playstyle more. Old Freddy was super fun for me, being able to juggle multiple people at once, but Ghostface just appealed to me a lot more.
Also I forgot about new nightmare! I loved that movie as well. Also that's the thing about scream, it's funny in a dark and clever way and I love it. It's pretty much a parody of horror movies and I think it does it really well. My least favorite of the franchise would probably be scream 3 but even that one isnt absolutely horrible imo

Yeah, that's easily my favorite part about GF as well, just wish his shroud reveal wasn't so wonky for both sides.
I've also heard that Scream 3 was the "black sheep" of the Scream franchise. Like I said haven't seen it but it's on my Netflix watch list, wish Scream 4 was still on there. Although I hear that one gets INSANELY meta, some say to the detriment of the film.

Scream 4 wasnt bad at all imo. It was pretty enjoyable. Like I said, none of them are super bad like some other horror sequels from other franchises. They were either pretty good or just ok

I'd honestly argue that Scream 2 was just as good as Scream because they really went all in on the parody aspect of that film. Plus it kept the enjoyable and likeable characters trait from the first film. I also love how Sydney's character is still changing and evolving from the first to the second. Hope it's a trend throughout all the films.

I mostly got given money 'cause that's what I asked for..but I realized I was truly an adult when I got excited that I was given a mug warmer. That gift made me way, way too excited. 🤣 No more cold coffee or tea!
I was sadly unable to give anyone in my family or anything much, but I did make two batches of amazing chocolate chip cookies which I shared. I made someone else some chocolate covered pretzels. And my partner got a sentimental gift from me. 😊

I got a game for the PS4 called The Long Dark. The graphics aren't very good but the game itself is very interesting. It's basically a survival game set in northern Canada. Some clothes, a kit kat mug box thing (had two mugs and a LOT of kit kats inside), money, and an acoustic guitar! me and my friends still gotta exchange gifts but we’re waiting till the end of january cause a lot of us were out of town : )
