It depends on the maps size and if the Killer is anyone besides Wraith, Pig Crouching, Tier l Myers, and GhostFace in NightShroud.
If they have the undetectable status effect, than you won't see them period. You will get notified from the OoO light turning on... since it'll turn into a pocket Spine-chill if they look in your direction. But otherwise no, if they have the undetectable status effect on, than you won't see them WHEN it's on.
but besides that, here's some info
Would you see a Killer with a base 32 Terror Radius like... Trapper... across the map with OoO and 4 open handeds...
Well, you can see Trappers aura at the farthest range of 72 Meters with tier lll Object of Obsession. At 32 meters (his Terror Radius), OoO turns off... since you're in his Terror Radius, which turns off Object of Obsession.
But that's base Tier lll OoO against a regular Killer, if you added 4 Open Handeds into the mix than the results are quite different. Open Handed doesn't hard-cap at 24 Meters with OoO, like it does with Kindred... so, 4 max tier Open Handeds with a Tier lll Object of Obsession would yield a aura reading range of 104 that turns off at 32 (because of the base 32 Terror Radius that Trapper has).
So, on maps like "The Game" you'll easily see the Killer from one end to the other, even without 4 Open Handeds. For a map like say Mother's Dwelling (Considered to be the longest map) you'll probably almost make it from one point to the other with OoO Tier lll and 4 Open Handeds.
my explanation to this...
For one, that map is considered to be the longest map (or at least the biggest) with a size in square tiles of 188, and a size in m^2 of 12,032.
While i'm not the greatest at measurements, this is the largest map of any other map... including Rotten Fields. Now, Empathy originally had a range of "Unlimited" which reached one end to the other of any map in the game. This was changed to 128 meters, but surprisingly enough, this wasn't actually a nerf to the perks aura reading.
This means 128 meters can hit point A to point B on any map in DBD. So, does 104 meters of range with OoO and 4 Open handeds also read from point A to point B on a map like Mother's Dwelling?
My first findings for the "largest map"
For one, we tested the aura reading of Empathy on two maps... the "largest map" Mother's Dwelling, and the "longest map" Azarov's Resting Place.
From the farthest corner of Mother's Dwelling, the aura of Empathy stops literally an inch from one of the Survivors corners, right before they even make it to that side (by this I mean hugging the corner)
The first image was going off of some estimates when moving forward and adding "phantom" meters that we couldn't really get... since we didn't have 4 people with Open Handed to test this with.
Regardless, we found that the "largest maps" max meters from one corner to the other (the longest corners from each other) was 129-130 meters. We also tested this with the other corners, and came to the same conclusion... the maps longest corners (both corner sets) span about 129-130 meters... this doesn't mean the entire map is 129-130 meters in a circle, it's from corner to corner, not wall to wall.
Now my 2nd findings for the "longest map"
Next, we tested Empathys 128 aura reading on the "longest map" in DBD. We came to the conclusion that Wall to Wall aura reading reached 128 and than some... but Corner to Corner was a different story...
The first two images was Wall to Wall, Empathy reached both ends without an issue. Than came Corner to Corner... and the results for this was quite different.
For one, the 3rd image was from my Wall (Moving a bit forward) to my friends corner (the farthest corner in the map). This is where the Aura for Empathy just about ends... Than, when it came to Corner to Corner, the Aura reading was very far from each other.
This means from Corner to Corner, the Aura Reading is exceeded! Which ALSO MEANS that the "longest maps" Corner to Corner is about 128+ Meters or from a rough estimate... 140+ or so.
What does this all mean? Well here's the answer... (it's very interesting)
This means that if Empathy cannot reach the farthest corner (hugging the corners from the largest map) in Mothers Dwelling... than OoO as the Obsession with max tier Open Handeds at 104 Meters will for sure not reach it either... since it's 24 meters off from Empathys 128.
So for your answer, no, OoO with 4 Open Handeds will not show the Killers aura from any part of the Longest and Largest maps... key word (any part). Meaning in a practical use in-game, it'll for sure show their Aura constantly from outside of their Terror Radius.
But, if we're talking ANY position of those maps or similar maps with that length, it'll not make it. And since Rotten fields come close to Mother's Dwelling, that map will always show their aura on any spot... maybe not Corner to Corner since the map is more rounded, but any other spot yes.
and an additional answer that's very INTERESTING!
I go back to DBD wikis description of Empathy... it states and I quote "It should be noted, that changing Tier III from unlimited to 128 metres is not a nerf, no Map is large enough to have a larger distance in-between two points."
Going off of this info, the quote is technically not wrong in some cases... from Wall to Wall on most maps, this is the case for sure. For Corner to Corner, scraping every inch together... every meter... the "unlimited" aura reading, or 128 meters doesn't reach some of these Corner to Corner points... as proven above!
Meaning, the "Unlimited" description of Empathy was never Unlimited! Since it states that the aura reading was not a nerf... but it doesn't really say if the aura reading is the same either! So, technically it's unknown if the "unlimited" description was always 128 meters or no... since nobody ever bothered to really test this (it would seem).
Plus, the DBD Wiki isn't an official statement, so there's that as well.

The last link is subjective, since it's not an official statement BUT DBD Wiki has not really been proven as wrong yet. Either way, it's not an official statement... so it's unknown if Mother's Dwelling or Azarov's Resting Place is the "longest" and "biggest" maps. Mother's being the biggest, and Azarov's being the longest.
This information is widely accepted as truth by the community, but I can't find official information on if this is true... this info might be taken from an official statement or official charts, and I wouldn't know.
