If I run the killer for 2 or more gens and they camp me, am I the toxic one?

I really want to know if I’m the toxic one, because I’m camped for running them around, whether it’s through cow tree or all of Haddonfield, to just using one jungle gym and them not being able to get me because they don’t know how to run it correctly, am I toxic for looping them that long our are they toxic for camping me?

You're supposed to just stand still and wait patiently for your turn on the hook. Kidding killer mains. In all seriousness though. No, you are not being toxic. There will be the people who argue you're abusing unfair loops. While they're right that some loops are unfair. I don't feel like you can abuse it them. Unfortunately as humans we get frustrated about things and lash out about them. If you made them so made they camp you when they finally catch you, take it as a compliment.

Nope, In my time playing solo I learned that most Killers will camp if they feel the match is out of their control.

The last match I remember being camped was in Auto Haven. We did good to space out the last 3 gens to each corner of the map so the Killer caught me and camped. He knew that if he left to one of the gens I was going to get saved. So his strategy was to wait for Noed.

    It's all about match control.

You aren’t toxic but neither are they.

Looped the killer for what should’ve been three gens and we just laughed it off.

You're only toxic if you t-bag or point at them throughout the chase. They made the poor choice of chasing you for as long as they did. Yet, at the same time, I feel the killer earns being able to camp after getting looped. I mean, yes it sucks for the survivor, yes it is very toxic- no one likes getting camped, but that's the risk you take when you play this game. Both sides do things that are annoying or not fun for their opponents.

It's not the most efficient method in this game, especially if the rest of the survivors aren't potatoes, the killer will most likely only get one kill. Heck, if you looped the killer long enough, it's possible for your team to finish the gens and power the gates and still save you if they have the right combo of perks and work together to take hits.

Also, sometimes, if three gens pop at once, the killer may feel pressured into camping. It can be a great strategy to make the match to snowball in their favor, especially if the remaining gens are all bunched together, and hes hooked you right next to them. It's like luring moths to a flame.

Neither one is toxic. He shouldn't have chased you that long, but I understand the reasoning behind taking you out of the game.

No. It's happened to me before, but hey what can you do? If your team did gens for that time it was worth it. Although sometimes I'll run the killer for a long time and no gens get done because of ruin. That's very disheartening for me.

You are not toxic, but it is hard not to get angry at the shoddy game mechanics and your knowledge on how to abuse it to its maximum potential.

So you take the brunt of the killers frustration and get camped.

Nope. Just that there is no counterplay to stopping gen progression when the Killer is chasing a survivor that he potentially hasn't hooked even once. He's gotta hook that survivor for his BBQ stacks.

I mean yeah, fine, but the survivor just trying to survive and I don't see how that's toxic. 😁
