WATER to play a role in the game
Hello all,
can we add water to the game?
- Puddles of water
- a map with a creek in it (Sheltered Woods remake?)
- a map with a shallow pond that conveniently has a gen in it
Any water fans here?

I actually agree with this. Make it louder, but conceal scratch marks and blood. I did always find it odd that blackwater swamp had no swamp in it.

Would deep water or the swamp finally add the hindered penalty in areas where water would be?

I mean deep water or random swamp areas would make sense with a Hindered Penalty. Normally if your in either of those you have resistance making you move slower.
Though if that became a thing I would start to argue for all maps to be reworked and have a static tile set so map knowledge becomes more useful.

Before the devs even think about adding water to the game, they need to fix the plethora of bugs that they currently have. With the way things are now, water would probably break the game for people, especially those on console.

Could add more depth into the outdoor maps since currently, it's just a few trees and hills scattered throughout the map.
Perhaps, since some maps have Dead Zones, we could have a shallow pond that grants great stealth capabilities. However, the killer and the survivor will be inflicted by a 10% hindred status effect while in the pond and 5 seconds after leaving the pond. 😁🤗

Imagine running through that while Looping. Both sides will be like "just one more inch"
Killer will close the gap and get close as a Survivor gets in. Survivor will relengthen the gap when he runs out.

While I think it would be cool; in fact, I considered some ideas regarding this quite recently, I don't think it's a good idea for this particular game as a result of the issues with the engine and spaghetti code...it would cause more problems than fun in the end.

Why not add a bunch of water based maps? It should be a whole new mechanic. They can add it with the new Jaws killer "The Shark" with a 1080 priced skin that just has chains on it
