How come there's no ultra rare offering for survivors

I've been wondering about this especially when I needed a certain trophy and I've noticed that only killers have the ultra rare offering and while the survivors don't. how come?

    They had once, a moonlight offering that made the map darker or lighter. Was removed about a year ago. It was also viable for killer :p

    If you played an ultra rare Dwight offering killers would get scared and dc on the loading screen.

    Instead survivors get style. The cooler you look the easier it is for the killer to stop chasing and just admire how cool your outfit is.

    I mean, imagine. Dwelf squad plays an ultra rare add on that allows survivors to teleport between lockers. Not only are there now potentially dozens of dwelfs on the map at any one time, the killer can't move because of how awesome your costume is.


    Lets not even get head on involved in this.

    It'd be nice to see one but I don't know what it could be maybe a 200% streamers thats ultra rare for both sides
