May I know if all the fountains are red (already cleanse), can the inflected survivor still use it to cleanse?

It's impossible for all fountains to be corrupted at once. When the last fountain becomes corrupt, all fountains on the map immediately become pure again and the Plague automatically receives Corrupt Purge as if she had obtained it by consuming a fountain.
