When will they admit this is an issue?
Are the devs ever going to fix the huntresses hit boxes? I swear it is getting worse. Those hatchets go through walls now. It's insane.

She's one of my least favourite to go against for this reason. The amount of times I've had a hatchet smack the literal air beside me, only to have it count as a hit on me. Those hitboxes are worse than the regular ones!

I wouldn't mind that. While we're at it, can we please make it so the hatchets can be thrown over ######### so I can actually counter looping like she is meant to do?

It's crazy. I have a video clip where I'm on the other side of a jungle gym. No windows and the hatchet hits me.

I could get over the "bug" where gens didnt have collision with her hatchets for a while but the hatchets have literally been hitting though solid walls lately. Its madness.

I doubt we'll see any improvement to this anytime soon. With the Doctor rework coming, Huntress is most likely way down the list for improvements, which sucks, because I do like to play as Huntress from time to time, but feel like the house sized hitboxes just make it too easy to hit survivors

I know were not supposed to d/c from games but when you've turned a corner and are halfway down a corridor and suddenly go down.......
I'm not really sure why they expect survivors to stay.....

Latency..her hitox is basketball sized to compensate for small survivor hitboxes and bad terrain hitboxes..without it hatchets go straight through survivors..tried and tested..an utter failure

Sounds like they should never have introduced the huntress, because they never had the capacity to manage her effectively.

Sounds like shes old..and if you changed her hitboxes itd require ALL hitboxes to change on top of a significant buff to huntress would be required

Unfortunately this is pretty much as good as its gonna get. Latency is an issue with alot of hits, and last time they tried fixing the hatchet hitboxes to make them seem more realistic to the hatchet's shape... the hatchets just kept flying through people and NEVER hitting, so they reverted it back.

It's not that she's an old killer, its ALWAYS been an issue.
Whatever needs to be done I'm sure killers will call it a nerf, survivors a buff, but what we have RIGHT NOW is cheese BS.
No one wants to play against that.

Well then I reccomend you dont play killer if you consider huntress cheese bs..shes about the least cheesy thing in dbd as she has many weaknesses..frankly too many..but what she does is nothing compared to the issues survivors cause on the regular

I don't see her much on console but I do find some of the hits to be shocking, like the ones that are through a wall.
