WHY THE HELL ARE ALL OF HILLBILLY'S NEW OUTFITS ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH AURIC CELLS??!
The only outfit that is not a recolor that you could get with shards is the davy crockett wannabe
Please make at least one available though shards this only happens with him

Ive actually been wondering the same thing. Most killers have afew decent skins you can get with shards, but Billy seems kinda lacking.

Billy is a very popular killer with a very stable performance level..guess they deemed to use him for cells since skins for him arnt as common

Then what about spirit and nurse? They still had free to grind cosmetics before they lost popularity

I really think that 99% of skins should he free with shards, not including liscensed stuff. New cosmetics should cost auric cells, but after 6 months to a year they should be made available with shards. This way bhvr gets their money from people who want them immediately, while making them accessible to everyone with time.

Even then Nurse had a low play rate as she was hard to master, spirit had sone cosmetics come out..hell idk
