Question about addons that increase Demogorgon's Movement speed while traversing the Upside Down

According to the wiki, it takes him 1.5-3 seconds to traverse a portal (https://deadbydaylight.gamepedia.com/The_Demogorgon). Combining Deer Lung gand Rotten Green Tripe increase his teleporting speed by 65%, so does the minimum traverse time become 0.91 seconds?

    That's correct. If the Demogorgon takes 1.5 - 3 seconds to traverse the Upside-Down at 100% speed, then it would take between 0.91 and 1.82 seconds for him to do so at the 165% speed reached by combining the two add-ons you mentioned. Not including the 1.5 seconds it takes for him to enter a portal, obviously.

    Sounds pretty fast, but I've only just used Deer Lung so...

    With just Deer Lung it was a noticeable increase. With Green Tripe it can increase it a bit more. The benefit of Demogorgon is that having no add-ons on him really doesn't ruin his overall chase mechanics and teleportation mechanics...

    Meaning despite this not being the best add-on combo, it still benefits him anyways and doesn't really hinder him from not using other add-ons. I can't say the same for other Killers that kind of require add-ons to lessen their penalties, but Demogorgon is a rare case.
