Left 4 dead 2 music assets?

So I was watching an old rou- let’s play from Roosterteeth’s achievement hunter where they played left 4 dead 2 versus mode on “Cold Stream” and I noticed that some of the music was identical from dead by daylight. At around 20:10 of their video you can hear the DBD main theme song and at around 26:36 you can hear the DBD chase theme. Is it royalty free music?
