Old Surge
Putting a Survivor into the Dying State with a Basic Attack causes all Generators within a radius of 32 metres to instantly explode and regress.
New Surge
Putting a Survivor into the Dying State with a Basic Attack causes all Generators to instantly explode and regress.
I never use the Perk as it's not appealing to me, so idk if this is good or not, but this is way more appealing to me.

This isn't something I would necessarily be against for Surge alone, but I feel like this could be very obnoxious if combined with other perks. Surgeveillance would instantly give information on every gen on the map as well as regressing them. Thrilling Tremors would also block most gens while they're regressing, proc'ing instantly after Surge since you've just downed someone.

Surge is perfectly balanced, no need to make is annoying, then nerf it.

If i'm right, Surge doesn't apply a constant regression like the regular Killer kick does.
It simply regresses it/them by a flat 8% and that's that.
Again, i never use it so i could be wrong, but that's what i've always read.
So assuming that it doesn't apply a constant regression, then Surveillance wouldn't trigger unless Surveillance's conditions are met, and Thrilling Tremors would be blocking Generators that aren't being worked on, whether Surge activated on those or not.

Surge does apply normal regression after the 8% chunk. It's commonly used with Surveillance (hence the combo-name "Surgeveillance") because it blows up all gens within range, then highlights them white if not being worked on and yellow if they are being worked on.
It's honestly quite a fun combo that I'd recommend, especially on stealthy killers.

Surge is fine as it is, however I would not mind a buff like a synergy with Overcharge.

It's too bad for me personally though.
That it does apply constant regression is nice, but now i still don't care much to ever put it on.

I actually run it with Demogorgon, I may explode two or three generators, not only that but regress for 8% like a dumb weird version of pop goes the weasel, however it saves a good chunk of time of hitting the generators, and start running to another one or hooking the downed survivor, if you pair with Surveillance as mentioned before you may put a really nice combo.

I would appreciate if they bumped Surge up to 10%, but it's not the most useless perk as is. Definitely better on some killers/builds than others.
