Killer perks to encourage healing.
Currently, Thanataphobia, Blood Echo, and Bloodhound are the only perks that punish survivors staying injured but the latter 2 aren't competitive at all. I think anti-injured perks need to be in greater strength and number in this game.
Killer Perk - Hex: Savory Juices
All injured survivors are affected by Savory Juices, which causes the following: survivors are Exhausted for 60 seconds when becoming Injured and do not recover from Exhaustion while Injured outside of the killer's terror radius. Injured survivors are oblivious while repairing, cleansing totems, or healing and heal and cleanse totems 50% slower. After an Injured survivor repairs the same generator for 30 seconds total the aura of that survivor is shown to you as long as they remain on the generator and then for 6 seconds after they leave it.
Any survivor who cleanses this perk's Hex totem or any other Hex totem while this perk's Hex stands will go from Healthy to Injured and then become afflicted with Mangled and Hemorrhage until they are Healthy again.
This perk was just a quick suggestion I have no idea if it's bad or good. Do you agree there should be more anti-injured perks?

The only thing needed to encourage healing, are killers that are actually a threat and can't be stalled all game by running in a circle and dropping a plank of wood.
These killers keep getting nerfed tho so what can you do?
