They could even get lazy with it and do it as a legion cosmetic, and replace legions mori with hags. While theyre at it create a clown cosmetic based off of Gacy's clown.

I'm pretty sure the clown already has a vaguely Gacy inspired cosmetic. As for Dahmer, I doubt they'd create a killer after him. I mean what would they call him? The Cannibal?
I could see a killer inspired by Ted Bundy, though. He was a true psychopath despite being seemingly friendly and genuine. The scariest monsters are the ones hiding in plain sight.

Well in Syndicate he was stealthy and athletic. So they could go something like that in here. I wouldn't mind seeing another stealth killer if it was the Ripper.

True, but there might be some living relatives of the victims that the Zodiac killed since it was recent enough and I don't think the devs wanna take that risk to make them upset.

This wouldn't and shouldn't happen. As stated above it would be in poor taste and as many are recent. To be fair though, Leatherface is based off of Ed Gein. Mamas boy, grave robber, killer, made People Clothes aka Flesh Fashion aka Leatherface. But it's been morphed enough as the character Bubba. You don't have that with dahmer, bundy, etc. I honestly just made this as a s***post because I got moried as a Steve by Hag and pictured Dahmer.
