Lets actually punish camping killers

Instead of the survivors getting punished for a killer camping early game lets punish the killers instead, and emblem penalty is not really a punishment since rank doesn't affect really anything. Maybe giving the hooked survivor bloodpoints and have a bonus for the unhooked survivor.

    Camping is pretty weak rn. Camping at the beginning of the game gives the other survivors time for about 4 gens.

    All in all, the killer can already be punished by you just rushing gens and getting out. Stop trying to punish a legit strategy and just "git gud"

    Rewarding the survivor for getting facecamped =/= punishing facecamping killers.

    The emblem system is in place to discourage players from playing in a way that is unfun for the other players in the game. If you facecamp, you won't rank up. And rank is all it should affect. The killer is still completing their goal of killing, but doing it in a way that is 'cheap' and only requires catching the survivor once instead of 3 times.

    They shouldn't be punished for completing their objective, but they shouldn't rank up for completing their goal in an un-skilled way. The emblem punishment seems fine how it is.

    Throwing some bloodpoints to the survivor who gets facecamped would be fine if they wanted to throw in some pity points. But the survivor shouldn't get any pity when it comes to emblems. If you did not satisfy the requirements for the emblem categories, you shouldn't safety pip just because you happened to get facecamped to death. Just GG go next.

    Not only camping is a legit strategy with many downfalls, but you didn't point out any punishments for killers, only survivor buffs.

    If camping works, it is ENTIRELY the fault of survivors.

    Do gens and leave. Killer depips.

    Punishment.

    Game: Here you get to depip because you never had a chance at pipping because of something the killer did. Also we discourage the killer from doing this by keeping them from toxic red ranks for longer 😊

    Punishments wont bring any decrease at all if it wouldnt be a ban or something severe like this. It needs to be entirely impossible to camp during the Gen-Phase.

    Why would they punish for something that isnt against the rules? The'yve stated it numerous times. Its a strategy. They need to ban rage quitters.

    the best way to really camp is go pressure one gen real quick, then go back to interrupt the save, and get them to 2nd phase. that way you have a free kill whenever you need it.
