Will this game ever get "proper" controller support?

Don't get me wrong, I use mouse and keyboard but just recently I've bought a PS4 and started using the controller on DBD on PC, I've noticed that there's so much missed opportunity with these controllers like vibration or hell, even the speaker on the controller. What if you could put the heartbeat on the controller?

Also I'm not sure if DBD *actually* supports PS4 controllers, I think Steam configures this. DBD thinks it's an Xbox controller as far as I'm aware, since the game only has Xbox buttons, which is another letdown. Scaling needs fixing too still and I've downscaled my 4K TV to 1080p144, it's still kind small and I'm sitting 6-7 feet away.


These are just quality of life fixes I want made, so it isn't urgent but preferable :D what do you guys think? I've been having lots of fun on DBD as a new player. I joined around about on the 11th-13th Nov :)

    I want more sensitivity option. To can chose a different one for the killer power, different from the camera/melee one. Same thing for survivor flashlight. Also on ps4 the touchpad invert camera settings thing I think is useless.
