this perk is garbage why doesn't it just give you a extra 5% on hooks rather then 3 extra tries such a good effect

but first they need to nerf bubba and clown because like, a killer that can INSTADOWN every survivor with only ONE hit and a killer that can slow you down. How could BHVR let those things alone, my god

if base value is 4% and you add up 5% end result is 3 x 9%. so the change of freeing yourself is in the long run 27% with your suggestion. by the same logic 6 x 4% slippery meat gives you currently 24% change so it's almost the same.
