I miss Remember Me

Can we revert the nerf to it and just disable it when the hatch is closed? That perk was so much fun to use :(

Reverting the nerf period would probably be fine. It flat out sucks now whereas before it could turn games around. The problem is you have to be losing to use it. I don't believe any consideration should be shown to a losing survivor team. Especially because there is a chance they could have a key to circumvent the hatch being closed completely.

Which nerf are we talking about, just for clarity's sake?

I'm assuming he meant the token cap. Well at this time the cap probably does need to exist due to Oni's new perk. However, raising the token cap would be nice. Since you basically have to almost lose the game to get benefit off of it anyway.

Didn't the perk always have a cap? Until 2.7.0 it was capped at 30 seconds (6 tokens) and since then it's been capped at 16 seconds (4 tokens). Unless there's a recent change that I (and whoever runs the wiki) missed?

Ya those are the ones. They both made the tokens less effective and lowered the token amount. So we kinda want the 30 seconds or more back. I'm probably thinking of a beta build of it in my last comment. XD

The problem is the gates open too fast by default. The progress is also saved as you use it. Not reset at all or at least reset to the beginning of each of the 3 stages to open it. They also either spawn too close to each other or across the map from each other. So the balance of where the exits are, aren't that great.

It's also a perk you have to work for to get it to work. With very little return. Blood Warden has much greater return and is easier to get off. So, it's better to run that instead.

To be honest, all of the Freddy's perks suck and need a buff. Blood Warden lasts for too small amount of time, Remember Me is useless and Fire up is like dormant Brutal Strenght that activates at the end of the game.

Fire up works for all actions though. So you can use it to catch the op survivor builds currently being used. Could still use a buff, but it's not nearly as bad as people think it is. Blood Warden is by far his best perk, but it has the core flaw of them hiding for 2 minutes. It would probably be fine if it revealed all people at the exits and everyone inside of lockers on the map. That or close the doors again. xD
