Ruin + thrill of the hunt will actually be a good combo
You won’t have to kick gens with new ruin so if you defend your totem, you can have that nice regression. Can’t wait to try it on Huntress.

cant defend when 2 survivors jump on each totem, if they removed the totem part then it would be better. ALSO ruin doesnt nothing for gens being worked on and the killer can only chase 1 survivor @ a time. soooo that means gens will still get getting worked on while the killer chases 1 survivor.

Small Game, Inner Strength, Detectives Hunch, Rainbow Map, Black Silk Cord, Voice Comms, Randomly running around the map while in a chase and seeing you totems, all say hi.

Yep, good luck defending your totems on opposite sides of the map with trees, buildings and jungle gyms in your way with your magic teleporting hatchets of death /s

I don’t have to use 2 perks to protect 1, furthermore, I would know which totem I have to protect and not just guess, saving me a perk slot for something more useful. That’s how 🤷♂️

The new Ruin is useless so I have no idea why survivors would even try to cleanse it anyway except for points. As for Thrill of the hunt, I see that more as an opportunity to mess with the killer only now there is much less risk in not cleansing the totem. SWF teams will be like "keep messing with the killer, we'll do the gens, no need to cleanse the Ruin just keep the killer busy".
New Ruin is literally useless.

With the ######### hatchets can do... Next update that introduces new ruin will probably ACTUALLY introduce teleporting hatchets to defend ruin with, even if its on the other side of Lery's, lol.
