Suggestion: New early game objective or slower early gens

Through my own gameplay at greeish ranks and lots of stream footage from higher ranks I've come to conclusion that early gens beeing done so quickly is the main problem with SO HIGH ruin usage.

My suggestion is to add some way of early game objective for survivors, *please write your ideas in this discussion*, to make early gens take longer to be done.

Or simply make gen progression at early stages of the game slower.
