Why does the survey not include the ruin change?
I would love to give feedback on the current change, where do I go about doing that?
To be clear. I hate the old ruin. I am all for changing things. I am not good with changed ruin, nor the lack of change in other aspects of the game to counter balance this change. I think a lot of people have a lot of valid opinions and suggestions, It would be nice to be heard on these things.
...or, are you guys not willing to listen to the community on this issue?

Because they don't care what are thoughts are on the matter. They are set on making the chase, and to hell with community feedback.

That's how you kill your game though. So, I have a hard time believing that. You can't turn on your community in that way and expect good results. I am sure they understand that.

The reason is right there in front of your face. They know they are going to get a lot of lash back from killers so they didn't add that because they don't care about killers

Nurse outcry, tons of feedback, suggestions etc etc. What have they done? Nothing. They actually made nurse even worse a bit (probably just to rub it in)

They don't care about community feedback to a change they knew what the reaction to it would be but went with it anyway. Because screw Killer players, why should they have a say in what happens to the game. Why should they even have fun with the game?

It's not included because they don't care. Their brown rank test team found it "more fun" to play against. End of story.

Devs aint that stupid, they already told they knew how much most killer mains will cry because of that change so there is no point in doing survey in that aspect because it wont be objective it will be just filled with salty killers tears
i never used ruin on my mains so <shrug>
btw killers mains when BL is getting nerfed: surv mains you have to adapt
same killer mains when ruin is getting reworked: REEEEEEEEEE survivor sided devs
only side devs are keeping are newbies, if you never knew that its friendly reminder

This isn't a productive post. Sure, I'm sure there would be a lot of emotional killer players voicing their displeasure.
However.. I know there are a lot of players in the community that would like to have a genuine conversation about the issues that ruin will ultimately cause now, how It will impact the game overall, and how to avoid losing a lot of people over a change that just didn't seem that well prepared.
To think that the EMBLEM system is why people were primarily using ruin is ludicrous and can't truly be expected to have people buy into that. The majority, by far, doesn't buy that at all.
So, It would be nice to have a productive place to establish engaging feedback over a very big issue overall In most people's eyes.

i can easly tell you emblems may be for some players reason to use ruin, but even before emblems ruin was overused (if you want you can look for stats from past) and its funny for me how before sloppy(and healing) rework, pop buff, killers managed to play with only ruin but when devs added more options instead of picking 1, many killers started using more and more slowdown perks xd (and you cant tell me killer mains downgraded and cant play now or games are faster because there is more slowdown in game, thats counter intuitive)
and im not sure how it looks now on PTB but gatekeeper emblem should be better for killers now

They also did a survey after the Nurse changes, which included everything but the Nurse. The reason is clear: When the devs have set their mind, they are not asking for feedback. Hex:Ruin in the same here. Its set in stone already.

The survey that is attached to every PTB that I've participated in thus far anyway. It's a way to communicate feelings towards the things that are new, have been altered, or changed entirely.
In this case. There is NOTHING in the way of communicating our feedback in regards to the new ruin changes.
It's a very telling thing to me, It's very hush-hush It seems, and that is concerning to me.

What does this mean? Conspiracy? No, It feels more like an obvious choice to ignore what the majority of the community thinks. Instead of communicating properly and/or listening to the community.
It's certainly not all about me, which is obviously the point of this thread. It's about EVERYONE having the ABILITY to communicate their feedback for the betterment of the game.

That's what concerns me. An open dialogue and having the means to communicate efficiently without feeling shutout and ignored is very important. I unfortunately feel like the community is being ignored and the few DEVS that are posting here and there are posting with a closed minded mentality. That's not good.

The survey is primarily on the Rift with a few Doctor questions.
The reason for the doctor questions is simple. They arw testing the power by playing around with it. Thos can be done on a ptb to help tweak the Doctor as they already have done with the hit after shock time.
The Ruin change can't be done in the same way. Stats for such a change are difficult when on a ptb as people aren't playing as normal and you need normal play to see what impact will be. What happens with changes such as this is reactionary feedback about the change someone dislikes so I am not surprised its not in the survey.
Ruin as it is will go live I am almost 100% sure on that. Slight tweaks may happen but I cant see it being reverted.
