While the Ruin changes still come at a terrible time in the game, Lerys is outstanding, and the Doc is much more smooth to play. All that needs to be done is a slight delay reduction after he uses shock therapy, and maybe some music tweaks. It 100% feels like it's missing something.

Oni is also a good killer again now that he has his 90° turn back.

The Ruin change in my eyes is the only bad thing to come from this patch. Good job devs.
