Is a perk like zanshin tactics any good counter loops? And if not then what is a good perk for loops on hag?

No it really isnt..for hag you shouldnt rely on a chasing perk outside make your choice maybe..for hag..you place her traps in specific spots to counter looping, see a pallet or window? Place it to the side so it disrupts their pathing..or if loop is already in motion..place a trap, force them into the trap if you can..and try to make them guess whether your going to teleport or your going to flank instead..that is the key to hag anti looping

That perk is complete trash for anyone that isn't brand new to the game and learning how to play. That's basically all it's good for.
