Hit boxes are to large reduce them some.

If a killer is on one side on the window after the survivor vault in time and start to run the killer should not be able to hit them through the window.

The killers arm or weapon depending on the killer goes through the window that's how they still connect hits.... go into KYF and experiment with it

Its a window, a survivor can jump through it, should there be an invisible wall when the killer tries to lunge through it?

Oh and btw, survivor hitboxes are too small, thats why looping is a thing.........

If a survivor is right on the other side of a window then they can still be hit through it, windows aren't magical so a killers arm can still reach through it a bit.
Trust me when I say there are far more pressing hitboxes to fix then windows.

Well, if a Survivor STARTS running, that would suggest they barely moved a centimeter from their spot.
And that spot can easily be reached by a Killer's main weapon.
