You don't need to play both sides to understand balance. I can identify issues with both sides from just playing one role.

Honestly, this sounds fun and all. But I normally like to play Plague anyways. And it's usually kind of meme builds at times.
I'm not going to sweat too much over the ruin changes. Maybe survivors won't find it right away and it'll be more fun for me so I don't have to constantly worry 24/7 about it

Imagine, you don't want to bring mori, you want to play your favourite killer, because every killer should be viable and further, you ain't having the addons you want, because they ran out so fast and you have to stick with some, that are pretty useless.

So what you are saying is I can't for example say that hitboxes are a problem from either perspective? Even though I could get a hit that shouldn't have connected as killer or avoiding a hit that should have connected as survivor but because I don't play both equally I can't say that is an issue for the other side.
That's flawed logic on your part. Yes you can't see everything but bugs, exploits, janky mechanics and massive balance issues are evident to everyone.
Saying that, there is going to bias from both sides even from people that play both "equally" because there will be a role they have more fun playing.

It's simply a replacement. For ruin, since I already use Pop Goes.
But hey, easier to hit a hammer than a chainsaw against competent survivors. If they don't wanna do the totems, that's their problem.

Not every killer is or should be viable.
Look at fighting games. Only about 20% of any size roster is going to be viable at high level play.
Kitana is probably my favorite character in Mortal Kombat. In MK2 she is top tier. In MK11 she is bottom tier.
That is the way of things.

Have you had to buy a dlc for this character as well and realising after, the character is trash because the developer give a ######### about it?

My point is you can't say someone's opinion doesn't matter because they don't play both sides. I was just using bugs as an example with the logic you are using.

Yes you can. How are you supposed to know through what a killer has to go, when you never experienced it self?

Doctor will be better once he comes to live. Nurse and Spirit are just as strong as they were. For Spirit they haven't changed the one thing that survivors have a problem with (a way to actually play around her ability instead of it being a complete guessing game), and Nurse is still by far the strongest killer in the game, all her nerf did was weed out the bad Nurses who relied on her overpowered add-ons.
